Welcome!
I’m so glad you’re here.

I started this page because, well I wanted to save the world. I started this journey or life change almost a year ago.

As I walk through the grocery store and see people's carts filled with soda, Cheeto's, Little Debbie, and Hungry Man Dinners, I want to stop them and say,

"Please, No. Please let me help you."

If I can help just a few people understand what is in our food, water, cleaning products, beauty products, candy, and well pretty much every common thing we use and what it is doing to you and your family, then I will be happy.

While doing research and changing everything I could possibly find and afford. I did use Amazon a lot. Please understand that is why I post link of what I have used. I have also found items at Goodwill and Dollar Geneal or Family Dollar. You just have to know what you need and what you shouldn't use. After that finding healthier options that are not so costly are easier to find.

It can be totally overwhelming. I get it, because I’m right there with you. I’m still swapping out things in my own home, I still have things on my wish list.

It hasn’t always been this complicated. Once upon a time, we cleaned with simple ingredients, cooked with real food, and our products had ingredients in them that we could actually pronounce. Somewhere along the way, we traded some of them in for convivence and most were just put in our products without us even knowing.

That is the sad part for me.

Natural Be Honest is about getting back to that simpler way — without making it expensive or impossible. You’ll find affordable, safer alternatives for the everyday things we all use: snacks, beauty products, cleaning supplies, and more.

I don't want you to have to change everything at once and I want to helo you find the affordable options. One swap at a time, we can protect our health, our families, and our homes.

Sometimes the best way forward… is stepping back to the basics.

Me...

I’m a 50-something-year-old mom of three beautiful grown kids, two amazing grandkids (hoping for more!), and wife to a wonderfully supportive husband who goes along with all my “crazy" and thank you!

My daughter has my two grandchildren, and she didn't want me to give them certain food that she and her brothers had eaten when they were kids. “Mom, things aren’t the same anymore." Then I started reading labels, researching ingredients, and realizing our food isn’t what it used to be. I started making small changes, and then more and more changes.

I’ve also spent years working in restaurants, and over the last several months, after preaching to my coworkers with “You shouldn’t drink that!” and “You shouldn’t eat that!” — some of them actually started to listen. It was wonderful to see them “get it.” They began asking, “Is this okay?” or “What about this?” and I realized it was finally sinking in.

Then came the biggest moment, my youngest son pointed out it wasn’t just food — it was household products too! What?!? Mind! Blown! From there, more research and more research — changing makeup, cleaning products, cookware, and other everyday items that were loaded with toxins.

As a woman of my age, I had been on hormone therapy and B12 shot.

Once I switched to whole foods and swapped toxic products for safer ones, I made the decision to go off the therapy and stop the shots altogether.

I was a bit worried that the hot flashes, mood swings, brain fog would come back. But they never came. Instead, I felt good, I had energy that I hadn't had it 4 years. I felt like myself again.

Now I want to share what I’ve learned — the good, the bad, and the “mind-blown” moments — so others can take back control of their health and homes.

Going back to the basics — these changes really can change your life, and I’m living proof.
